Positive: Great location, perfectly clean and an easy check in/out process. Hosts were very helpful.

Perfect location and well appointed room with all the amenities to make your stay more comfortable. Positive: Room 2 was great and a nice size with a view of the sea and the pier. Room and bathroom had everything needed including Nespresso coffee making machine, TV with Netflix and a small fridge, which were welcome and ideal. Special mention for the staff who you contact via messages as they were very quick to respond, and in a friendly and helpful manner, to a couple of queries I had. Negative: Bathroom had a bath with shower attachment, which were fine. However, I think it could do with hand grips to get in and out of the bath because you could easily slip getting in and out without having something to hold on to. A more general comment is that it would be helpful to ensure guests know there is no lift up to the rooms from the outside and you have to negotiate steps to get up and down which could be problematic for some, particularly those with heavy luggage.

Great property in good location for beach. Positive: The property is well located for the beachfront and has cafes and restaurants within eady walking distance. The garden room was well maintained spacious and the patio a nice bonus. Negative: If you are looking to walk into Penarth town center be prepared for a significant uphill walk there.
