Courtyard Room 9

Fantastic accommodation in a great location, would stay again Positive: Great location and wonderful courtyards gardens with the most beautiful plants and flowers and outdoor seating for all guests. Secure gated entrance to property and easy key box system for your room key when you arrive. Lovely large room with balcony Negative: No complaints other than those unavoidably associated with recent hot weather- room was hot but a large fan was provided and able to open a balcony door and windows to cool off whilst still feeling secure in the property

Positive: Modern, plenty of teas & coffees. Spacious apartment Negative: Shame the entrance wasn’t in the restaurant area where the lift went all the way from ground floor to floor 3 - we had to negotiate the concrete stairs with luggage & 2 bikes

Positive: The quality of the finish was good, but there was no fan or air conditioning. The location was convenient but parking is frustrating as property located on a main tourist road. Negative: The lack of human touch with complex checking in and no easily accessible parking. Located on a main tourist 1 way street, loading luggage in and out frustrating. Poor shower with stiff controls and accessible style fittings with low basin. No air con/fan. TV and bathroom fitting below par.

Really lovely hotel apart from the broken boiler Positive: The room was spotless and really spacious with plenty of included refreshments. Brilliant location and very well looked after. Christina was a really friendly and helpful member of staff. If the boiler hadn't been broken it would have been a fantastic place to stay. Negative: Unfortunately while we were staying at the hotel there was absolutely no hot water. I contacted the hotel via the messaging portal and just received an apology for the inconvenience but no attempt at a solution and no other communication. We were only staying one night and by 10am there was still no progress so we had to have a cold wash and check out. I fully understand a broken boiler is unavoidable but I expected more from the management than just a sorry when you're unable to shower in a heatwave.

Positive: Lovely clean modern hotel room, very comfortable bed. The coffee machine was an added bonus.
