Positive: The location was great. No doubt about that. Clean room, spacious. You have everything for a short stay. Nothing more to say.
Negative: It is not something I don't like...more of a suggestion, if the balconies could be separated with higher balustrades or panels high enough so neighbors can't see.

Lovely and I will most likely return.
Positive: Beautiful location with stunning views of the Pier and the sunrise at 5am. Had pretty much everything I needed and was lovely and clean. Simple lock-box check-in process too.
Negative: Just to flag that the step to the balcony can be slippery. It rained a lot so the artificial grass was soaked and held all the rainwater. Was impossible not to walk that water back in to the room. Could do with non-slip step or a grab rail.
