Seaview Room 8

Highly recommended Positive: The location is excellent, and the sea view is lovely. The staff are very nice, including both the cleaning and admin staff (possibly the same person). It’s very quiet at night, which helped me sleep well. For me, the bed was a bit too soft, but I understand it’s hard to satisfy every guest. I really appreciate that the place is mould-free and very clean. Negative: It would be better if blackout curtains were used instead of the current ones.

Great room, great location Positive: Often seaview rooms can be oversold when in fact you can only see the sights by craning around a corner, whereas this was a full uninterrupted view of the sea and waking up to the sound of the tide was lovely. Our room was on the top floor so although you could hear the people below with the windows open, it was not loud at all and there was no noise at all overnight. The room itself was much bigger than I expected with a very large bathroom and bath. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room came with all of the amenities you could need. I liked the lockbox check in so we could just let ourselves in when ready and there was a detailed information pack including contact numbers in the room should the need arise. In summary, lovely room, great location and will stay again. There was also a lovely private courtyard on the lower floor, brimming with beautiful plants and foliage. Negative: n/a - it was a great stay/room and no negative feedback

A real find! Positive: We were in Room 8, overlooking the beach. The room was a good size, light and well furnished. The bathroom was large, clean and everything worked well. There was a lift from the ground floor (stairs too, if preferred!) The flowers at the rear of the building were beautiful and well tended. The whole building appeared to be well looked after. The staff we met were friendly and profession. If in the area, we would stay there again. Negative: Nothing
