Great value for money and waking up next to the sea Positive: Well located, charming and quiet. Clean and comfy Negative: Nothing, all super self explanatory

Beachcliff hotel by the sea Positive: The location is excellent so near to the promenade, pier, gardens and beach. The decor in the room was lovely, modern and colourful and bright. Facilities all very good with extras like a coffee machine and fridge. The courtyard gardens at the back of the hotel are very well kept providing so many different species of plants. You wouldn't know of this added extra if you didn't stay here. Negative: It is impersonal with no hotel reception but for some people this could be seen as an advantage. The guest communication team are always available to call if there is a problem or some other difficulty.

Lovely base for running the VOGUM Ultra marathon. Positive: Lovely clean rooms, love the terrace area outside with the lovely potted plants. Negative: Rooms were slightly on the small side but that wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Lovely hotel, shame about the parking. Positive: No breakfast. Beautiful room , high quality finish. Loved the coffe machine. Negative: Didn't realise that parking car would be so difficult, at least half a mile away. Being disabled meant it was very difficult,had to walk a very steep hill. I was under the impression that parking was just behind the hotel. Think it should be made clearer in description, we wouldn't have booked if we knew about it.
