Positive: No breakfast, TV didn't work, woken up at 8 by noisy workers Negative: Someone at front desk to help.

Lovely place to stay by the sea Positive: The accommodation is lovely by the sea. We love the ones with balconies (when we can get one )

Positive: It is always a pleasure to stay at the Beach cliff Hotel Negative: Nothing

Perfect location, pleasant stay Positive: Literally on the waterfront (no view but very convenient to go and get one!). Giant fan and tall window that could be opened like a door made dealing with the hot weather bearable. Nice coffee machine and kettle. Two chairs. Nicely decorated. Plenty of pillows. Bottled water available. Clean. Negative: Unclear whether lift could be used from the ground floor level (as in restaurant). Mattress was humped in the middle. Door to room was very heavy and needed to be shoved fully closed.

Positive: Good advance communication and easy self check in and access via key safe. Nice location on sea front, close to pier and bars/ restaurants Didnt meet any staff on site so unable to comment on that question. Lovely comfortable room and bed. Nice decor and well maintained courtyard at rear. Fan in room. Mini fridge. Nespresso machine and selection of teas.. An overall great stay. Negative: A little expensive for a mid week stay at rear of property on room only basis.
