The Nook 1 Bedroom Apartment

Perfect weekend at The Nook! Positive: The functionality and cleanliness. Fantastic bathroom. Everything we needed for the weekend. Negative: One tiny discrepancy. On booking.com it says seafront cottages where on arrival to the accommodation it's titled beachfront apartments and that threw us off whether we were in the right spot. Other than that, literally nothing to complain about. Perfect stay.

Lovely, well equipped apartment in a fantastic location. Positive: Location is great, you have a sea view from the bedroom window. Negative: Not something they can fix, but the centre of Penarth's restaurant bins seems to be in front of the main gate (which can make it noisy in the morning for light sleepers). Also the entrance to the property is up stairs which may be difficult for less mobile guests.

Positive: Location and house smart clean all u need it was there.bathtub was quite nice too Negative: No tv upstairs but that’s not big thing

Great getaway that needs a quieter gate Positive: Great location, all amenities were present. The bathroom is nicely hidden and sufficiently luxurious, really no complaints whatsoever. Some nice restaurants adjacent and also in the neighbourhood. We chose it as our last stay before catching a train in Cardiff back home. Negative: The front gate for all residents is way too noisy and the same gate is also used by the adjacent restaurant uptown 2300 or so; I suspect this can be fixed by letting it not close so hard and is a requirement to really enjoy the Nook, the other apartments should not be affected.
